Modular Terms (Master Controls)

These Master Terms of Service (“Master Terms”) govern your access to and use of PadsPass’s websites, mobile applications, customer portals, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
IMPORTANT: The Master Terms are the controlling legal “source of truth.” We may also present shorter notices (e.g., in-app, HubSpot checkout text, receipts). Those notices are summaries only and are incorporated by reference into these Master Terms. If a summary conflicts with these Master Terms, these Master Terms control.
PadsPass is operated by PadsPass, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“PadsPass,” “we,” “us,” “our”), with principal place of business at 2810 North Church Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19802, USA.
In some regions, an affiliate may be the contracting entity (for example, PadsPass Ltd. for Bermuda operations). The contracting entity for a given transaction will be identified at checkout, in-app, or in the applicable Service Module (defined below).
By creating an account, clicking “I Agree,” completing a purchase, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Master Terms and the incorporated policies (together, the “Agreement”).
We maintain system logs that record (where available) the version accepted, timestamp, device/session identifiers, and the acceptance event (the “Acceptance Record”). You agree that the Acceptance Record is admissible to show your agreement, subject to applicable law.
This Agreement includes these “Service Modules,” each incorporated by reference:
(a) VIPP™ Add‑On Services Terms (including Cancellation & Refund Policy and Live Chat parameters);
(b) Digital Pet Passport Subscription Terms (including recurring billing, cancellation, and region availability);
(c) CheckPoint™ Veterinary Clinic / Provider Terms (for clinics and clinic staff using CheckPoint);
(d) B2B Partner Terms (for corporate partners, airlines, agencies, or other business users);
(e) Privacy Policy (including Personal Data Deletion & Retention Standard);
