Version: MToS v2.3 | Last updated: October 6, 2026 | Effective date: October 25, 2026

Core Terms

These Master Terms of Service ("Master Terms") govern your access to and use of the PadsPass platform, including: (i) the PadsPass mobile applications for iOS and Android (the "App"); (ii) padspass.com, digitalpetpassport.co, and related websites or subdomains operated by PadsPass; and (iii) the PadsPass customer support portal and knowledge base experiences (including those hosted on third-party systems) (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, purchasing, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Master Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Contracting entity and affiliates. PadsPass, Inc., a Delaware corporation, is the default contracting entity unless the applicable checkout, receipt, Service Module, order form, or other transaction record clearly identifies PadsPass Ltd. or another PadsPass affiliate as the contracting entity for a specific service or purchase. An identified affiliate is the contracting party only for that identified service or transaction. PadsPass affiliates may provide operational, technology, customer-support, travel-support, or other services to one another. The applicable transaction record and mandatory consumer law remain controlling.

Modular Terms; order of precedence. PadsPass uses service-specific modular terms ("Modular Terms") for certain services and workflows (for example: VIPP Add-On Services, CheckPoint clinic/provider access, web subscription payments, and certain policies). Modular Terms are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement. If there is a conflict between these Master Terms and a Modular Term, the Modular Term controls for that specific service.

Trip-specific declarations and authorizations. Certain travel-support workflows may require a separate owner declaration, owner authorization, Designated Travel Guardian acknowledgment, or other trip-specific document. Those documents supplement these Master Terms for the identified trip or workflow. They do not replace any required airline, veterinary, export, import, customs, quarantine, or government form and do not expand PadsPass obligations beyond the applicable service terms unless expressly stated in a signed writing.

Not veterinary advice; no VCPR. PadsPass is not a veterinary practice and does not provide veterinary medical services. Use of the Platform does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship ("VCPR"). PadsPass does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide medical advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical questions and clinical decisions. The Platform is not intended for emergencies.

Verification; limitations; no guarantee. "Verification" signals reflect workflow status and/or confirmations received through PadsPass processes (including CheckPoint and, in limited cases, clinic-sourced confirmation methods described in Modular Terms). Verification does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, travel eligibility, or acceptance by any clinic, airline, veterinarian, government authority, regulator, border authority, or destination. Travel requirements and acceptance decisions may change and vary by airline and destination; PadsPass does not guarantee travel acceptance.

Billing channels. Depending on region and platform, purchases may be available via Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, and/or web checkout processed by PadsPass payment providers (for example, Stripe). Your cancellation method depends on where you purchased. Account deletion does not automatically cancel or refund a purchase unless stated in the applicable purchase terms or required by law.

Privacy; cookies and tracking choices. The PadsPass Privacy Policy and, where presented, the Cookie & Tracking Notice describe how PadsPass handles personal information, analytics, advertising measurement, cookies, web storage, tags, and similar technologies. Acceptance of these Master Terms does not itself constitute consent to non-essential advertising or tracking technologies where separate consent is required by law. Privacy and marketing choices are handled separately from contractual acceptance.

Account deletion. You may request account deletion in-app where available or via our web deletion resource. Deletion removes or anonymizes your account data subject to lawful retention. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Third-party services. The Platform may integrate with third-party services for support, payments, forms, analytics, advertising measurement, airline or travel coordination, and other operational functions. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Service Levels and Time Estimates

SERVICE LEVELS; TIME ESTIMATES; NO GUARANTEED SLAS. PadsPass may provide customer support, operational communications, and workflow status indicators. Unless we have signed a separate written service level agreement (SLA) with you, any response times, timelines, or time estimates are targets or informational estimates only, not guarantees and not a condition of service.

Third-party dependency. Many workflows (including clinic verification, travel requirements, travel accompaniment, airline handling, veterinary processes, and government approvals) depend on third parties and circumstances outside PadsPass control. PadsPass is not responsible for third-party delays, refusals, cancellations, rule changes, or processing times except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly assumed in a signed writing.

No automatic refunds/credits. Missing a target response time or estimate does not automatically create a refund, credit, or penalty, unless required by law or expressly stated in the applicable Modular Terms.

VIPP targets. If you are a VIPP member, we may publish VIPP-specific support targets in the VIPP Terms. Those targets remain non-binding unless expressly stated as a binding SLA in writing.
