This Privacy Policy explains how PadsPass collects, uses, shares, and retains personal data when you use the Services. This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Master Terms of Service.

1. Data we collect

We collect:

• Account data: name, email, phone, login credentials, preferences.
• Pet data: pet profile details, microchip number, photos, travel details.
• Documents/UPVM: records you upload or provide for verification.
• Communications: support tickets, chat transcripts, emails, and messages.
• Device and usage data: device identifiers, IP address, app events, log data.
• Payments: limited billing metadata; most payment details are handled by Apple/Google/Stripe or other processors.

2. How we use data

• Provide and operate the Services (including document processing and verification workflows).
• Customer support, including VIPP service coordination.
• Security, fraud prevention, abuse monitoring, and platform integrity.
• Compliance with legal obligations and responding to lawful requests.
• Product improvement and analytics (using aggregated or de-identified data where feasible).
• Marketing communications only where permitted and based on your choices/consent.
