This page explains how you can delete your PadsPass account and personal data. It also lists the limited items we may keep and why (e.g., legal obligations or animal‑safety reasons). You can start the process in‑app by following the steps below.


How to delete your account

  1. Open the app → Profile Tab 👤 → Delete my account
  2. Confirm what will be deleted vs. what will be kept
  3. Tap Confirm (Delete account)

Timing. A majority of your user data is deleted immediately upon confirmation. For any remaining user data, we aim to complete deletion within 30 days (and no later than 45 days where local law allows an extension).

Important: Deleting your account does not automatically refund purchases. Refunds for VIPP Add‑On Services are subject to our terms (generally, no refund of the PadsPass portion will be issued after Work Start, with limited exceptions).
